Bespoke Process:
- Email us your idea, concept/specification, a brief description of the piece and we will supply a quote within 5 working days.
- Once the quote is approved we will start producing the drawings subject to a deposit payment
- We can also carry out onsite surveys using a specialist team if one is required or you are not sure of access. We will always assume that access checks are covered by you prior to order confirmation
- We arrange finishing samples to give you a visual representation of your products.
- We ensure you are updated on progress during the production process including photographs of detailing and finishing.
- The lead time is then confirmed post approval of drawings and finishing samples, depending on the complexity of your piece.
- We liaise with you to arrange a mutually convenient installation date.
- Delivery is carried out by a white glove service.
